Pursuant to IICA’s Personal Data Protection Policy as it relates to the right you are exercising, the data subject acknowledges and agrees that once your request is processed by IICA, you will no longer receive the notifications, invitations or information from IICA for which your data were previously collected, the data were corrected or sent to another data processor, based on the right you have exercised. Moreover, you acknowledge and agree that IICA may process or use your personal data when required for legal or governmental reasons; in this case, the data may only be used in relation to any possible liabilities arising from processing during their retention period. Upon expiration of this period, all data will be permanently deleted.
IICA will respond to your request within one calendar month or two months for more complex cases.
