Consultancy to conduct a comprehensive re-evaluation of Red Stripe's cassava cultivation value chain.

Objetivo General:

Conduct an in-depth analysis of the entire Red Stripe cassava value chain to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Resultados Esperados:

Contracting entity, Red Stripe, has improved knowledge on opportunities and constraints along the local cassava value chain and is provided with recommendations to strengthen the local cassava value-chain
Contracting entity, Red Stripe, has improved knowledge of the financial parameters required to make processing operations feasible for both farmer and processors and is provided with recommendations for the most feasible cassava processing value streams
Contracting entity, Red Stripe, has improved capacity to intervene in the cassava value chain through the submission of a project proposal to improve the cassava value chain
