The program supports Member States in the areas of institutional strengthening, technical capacity development and knowledge management so they can have an efficient, climate-resilient and low carbon agriculture. This program integrates the topics of innovation and technology and of gender and youth, which constitute a fundamental and transversal part of its efforts.
