Food inspectors are people who are concerned that food may be in proper sanitary conditions for consumption. Doing that, these people need the right knowledge and some competencies such as some skills to work better each day; then, is so important to create opportunities for reinforcing and training new skills and some other abilities according to the work details they do. For this reason, this action refers to a delivery of services to facilitate this re-enforcement of knowledge and skills that the food inspectors need to work.
Objetivo General:
To train forty Food Inspectors in Risk-based Food Inspection and exposed them to the One Health approach.
