Descripción
The proposal consists in the technical and financial guideline for a Cooperation Agreement between IICA and the United States Embassy in San José, to allow organization and follow up of a three-day event within the 4TheAtlantic Program.
Objetivo General:
To develop a three-day event with participants from ten LAC countries to promote and share businness experiences as a tool to addreess emerging ocean enviroment issues, including food security, within the framework of the Atlantic Cooperation Marine And Blue Economy "4TheAtlantic" Incubator.
