Objetivo General:

Support and promote research and generation of agricultural technology for the competitive and sustainable development of agriculture and natural resources in the northern region.

Objetivos Específicos:

To fufill the Terms of Reference for the Executive Secretary of PROCINORTE, ensuring the efficient functioning of the Secretariat.
To coordinate the implementation of the administrative and operational activities of the approved annual Work Plan
To provide administrative & logistical support to the Board of Directors and Task Forces.

Resultados Esperados:

1. To provide technical cooperation of excellence through its network of offices, within the framework of five programs aimed at fostering sustainable agricultural and rural development, following the interdisciplinary and focused work principles.
4. To address the needs of regional and interregional cooperation in support of the agriculture sector, in a timely and effective manner.
5. To carry out efficient administrative management based on process culture, decentralization and results-based continuous improvement.
